Q. Is there a setup fee to cloud host my Avactis store?
A. No. We take ZERO setup fees.
Q. Do you charge any transaction fees?
A. No, we don't charge any transaction fees. Your sales are directly processed by your favorite payment processor and we charge NO transaction fees.
Q. Do you offer a free trial?
A. Yes, we offer a fully functional 14-days trial, you can use this trial to see if Avactis is for you. We don't need a credit card to sign up to this trial and it is with no obligation and no risk. Once you are done, simply choose a plan suitable for you and you are good to go. No need to setup your store again.
Q. I am at the end of my trial, but I feel I need more time to decide, can you help me out?
A. Yes Of course. Just contact us and let us know which trial store you would like to extend. We will be happy to extend the trial period by another week on request.
Q. Do I own my store data?
A. Any data you add to your store you have the ability to export. This includes things like product, sales and customer information. Note that the format which the data is exported in may not be natively compatible with the system you are importing it into.
Q. Can I create configurable products?
A. Of course you can offer configurable products in your store. So you can create different product variants, such as different colors of t-shirts and different sizes that represents a product view.
