Avactis Shows Http 404 Not Found Error On Ie 8 And Ie 9, Avactis shows HTTP 404 Not Found Error on IE 8 and IE 9 Options

I have the latest version of avactis, and have an issue i haven't seen before (i have used avactis for many years)

I have my site set up, and it works fine in Firefox, Chrome, Safari - but if i go to open the site in IE 8 or IE 9....it gives me a HTTP 404 Not Found Error

this is a major issue that the site is not working - i am trying to find a fix, or find out what is wrong. It seems to be all pages on the site, not just 1 specific page...at first i thought it was a script on one of the pages (jquery)...but that is not the case - the entire front end of the site is not working in Internet Explorer.

Its like the page tries to load for a very brief second, but then goes to the HTTP 404 Not Found error page - and no, there is not a redirect on the page...as the site works fine in firefox.,....

Does anyone know of a solution? or anyone else had this issue?
