Storefront Is Blank Options

This has happened to me several times, all with different causes. A customer told me today that her storefront was completely blank. I browsed the forums here looking for possible solutions. I checked the memory limit on my server and bumped it up to 128mb to no avail. Then I looked into it maybe being a caching problem, but I don't think that's really the issue here either. Is there anything else that can cause Avactis to just go blank?
