HI
there isnt any software to do this.

export the listings from your listing designer (eg turbo lister) in file exchange format

then use excel to map the fields to another spreadsheet in the correct order

I have a excel "database" (large spreadsheet) of all my listing information and I map it to different new spreadsheets to produce
a google feeds, a ebay file exchanges file (for automatically creating ebay listings) and also one for avactis import

to map a field - start in the new spreadsheet, click on the column where you want the information
type "=" then jump to the file exchange sheet and click the correct field. Hit enter
select the whole column and use ctrl-d to copy the information down the column

Your answer for the E-bay listing is really very helpful. Thanks for the information.
