Is it possible to see the details of a cart that has been created and then abondoned?

It would be great to be able to send a reminder email out to cutomers about an item that has been added and perhaps forgotten about.

It would be really useful to have as a standard feature of Avactis things like abandonment rates. Customisation just makes upgrades too complicated - and delays applying important security updates.

There is a standard report that gives abandonment rates, but it doesn't give the detail of what items were added to a cart and who added them, but didn't complete the purchase. Those were the things that BelindaB wanted to see.
