If you have a technical problem with Avactis that stops it from working and need a quick response, the best thing that you can do is to directly contact the Avactis Support Team through the website menu command Support / Contact Us.
Provide all the details about your problem, your store, and yourself. Double-check the correctness of the email address — it's the only possibility for us to contact you. Submit the form, and you should soon get a confirmation email saying that we received your message — and this is true: we got it, and we will review your issue and do our best to help you fix it and get your store up and running so that you could continue making money.
If you're sure that we need to edit files on your server, please open an FTP account that we could use to access the directory where Avactis is installed, and include the FTP server name, username, and password in the message. That will speed things up.
